Against the backdrop of pursuing sustainable development and green energy, PV power generation technology is rapidly becoming an important force in the global energy structure transformation. In this process, the combination of sensors and industrial intelligence not only makes it possible to improve PV power generation efficiency, but also injects new vitality into the intelligentization and automation of industrial production. Today, let's explore the innovative breakthroughs in this field and feel how technology, in the name of light, leads industry toward a smarter and more efficient future.
Applications of Sensors in the PV Industry
Sensors are applied in multiple ways in the PV industry. They not only improve production efficiency and safety, but also reduce long-term operating costs. The following is a specific analysis of sensor applications in the PV industry:
Improving production efficiency: Sensors are used to monitor the operating status of production equipment for silicon wafers, cells and modules, ensuring production accuracy and process control. For example, monocrystalline furnace equipment makes extensive use of sensors, including photoelectric sensors, pressure sensors and temperature sensors, to control hot zone temperature, cooling water flow and system temperature.
Fault early warning and maintenance: Sensors can monitor key parameters such as current and voltage of PV systems in real time, promptly detect abnormal conditions, achieve fault early warning and maintenance, reduce power generation losses and extend equipment service life.
